"Despite their stable development, in order to compete in world markets, constant work is required to increase the competitiveness of domestic goods. One of the main areas is the expansion of resource zones, increasing the quantity and quality of processed agricultural raw materials," Leonid Zayats said.According to him, another important area is the further modernization of processing industries. "A set of measures for the modernization and technical re-equipment of MILK processing organizations includes the modernization of existing production facilities for the production of cheese, whole milk products, dry dairy products (whey and whey products). The measures are aimed at expanding the range, improving the quality of products, developing new products, introducing modern formats packaging and packaging of goods," the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
"In addition, the construction of a completely new innovative workshop for the production of baby food that meets the high requirements of the Asian market countries is planned in the Grodno region at Bellakt OJSC. Implementation of import-substituting projects for the production of elite cheeses (with blue and white mold) is planned at the production sites of Minsk dairy plant No. 1 with a doubling of capacity.New production facilities for drying dairy products are planned at Babushkina Krynka by creating the production of lactose-free dairy products using an innovative method of membrane technology," added Leonid Zayats.
In MEAT processing, the EXPORT reserve is the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the shops for the primary processing of livestock, which provide for ritual slaughter, separation and isolation of technological flows by type of processed raw materials. Such a project has already been implemented at the Orsha Meat-Packing Plant OJSC and is planned to be implemented at several other enterprises of the republic.
"The import-substituting areas will be measures for the modernization and technical re-equipment of sausage and culinary shops of all meat processing organizations of the republic. This is the production of products in portioned and serving cuts using vacuum and a modified gas environment," Leonid Zayats added. "A separate area is the organization of the production of dried meat products similar to jamon, prosciutto, Parma ham, etc. (Grodno, Slonim, Borisov and Mogilev meat processing plants). and artificial shells).
In the feed industry, modernization and technical re-equipment of organizations is carried out through the introduction of modern technologies for the production of feed in existing organizations and through the construction of new production facilities.
"A significant export reserve is the implementation of the investment project "Organization of high-tech full-cycle agro-industrial production for 2016-2032". - said the vice-premier.
These production volumes will make it possible to meet the needs of the domestic market in full and to supply significant volumes for export. "The production of compound feed and premixes for pigs, cattle, poultry and fish, including valuable fish species, has also been organized. All production facilities have been put into operation, and a phased output is being carried out at the planned capacity," Leonid Zayats said.
In recent years, large-scale modernization of organizations has also been carried out in the SUGAR, confectionery, fat-and-oil, and canning industries. "New production facilities have been created, the range of products has been updated and expanded, and the export potential has been significantly increased," the Deputy Prime Minister added.
