In the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" from June 6 to 11, the International Specialized Exhibition "Belagro-2023" was held. A number of industrial, food, scientific and agricultural enterprises of the country presented their products on 28.6 thousand square meters of the exhibition complex. In addition, various interactive events, tastings, concerts and an entertainment program awaited visitors. Main expositionsAt Belagro-2023, one could get acquainted with the advanced trends in the development of crop production, animal husbandry and poultry farming, modern technologies for processing, packaging and storing products, as well as a variety of agricultural machinery.
Collective expositions at Belagro-2023 were formed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, the Ministry of Industry, the National Academy of Sciences, the Belgospischeprom concern, Belkoopsoyuz, as well as all regions of Belarus.
According to the Minister of Agriculture and Food Igor Bryla, the Belagro-2023 exhibition made it possible to demonstrate all the technological possibilities that Belarus has.
“We are not ashamed to show domestic technologies in the production of tractors and machinery, as well as technologies in the production of trailers,” the minister noted. “In addition, the exhibition presents technologies for the production of milking equipment and other developments related to the agro-industrial complex.”
At the exposition of the exhibition "Belferma" it was possible to get acquainted with the latest achievements in the field of animal husbandry. Visitors could see automated herd management systems, milking machines of various modifications, as well as stationary and mobile MILK cooling units. New feeds and feed additives, veterinary preparations and medicines, new technologies in bioenergy, including energy equipment and its software, were demonstrated.
The Belprodukt exhibition was located on the site of the Great Stone, where food industry enterprises presented the entire range of food products. More than 100 Belarusian manufacturers exhibited sausages, semi-finished MEAT products, poultry, dairy products, canned food, groceries, baby and diet food , bakery products and more. Many businesses organized tastings for visitors.
Modern equipment and materials for the processing of agricultural products could be seen at the exposition of the exhibition "Prodmash. Kholod. Upak". And the state association "Belvodkhoz" organized the "Fishing Village", which actively attracted the attention of both specialists and visitors to the exhibition.
A separate exposition in the open area was occupied by producers of vegetable products. There, visitors could not only get acquainted with new varieties of vegetables grown in our country, but also purchase them.
Business accentsTraditionally, Belagro gathers not only Belarusian farmers and workers in the food and processing industry, but also their foreign colleagues and partners. This year 450 companies from Belarus, RUSSIA, CHINA , Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, India and Palestine took part in the exhibition.
Every year "Belagro" becomes one of the main platforms for business negotiations. A wide range of issues on ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural products, the use of land resources in terms of environmental and economic efficiency, as well as other topical issues, were discussed by the participants during thematic conferences and seminars.
There were also visits of foreign delegations. The main agrarian forum of Belarus was attended by delegations from Zimbabwe, Egypt, Iran, Kenya, Cuba, Mongolia, Syria, Uganda and South Africa. Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food held negotiations with some of the countries on cooperation and promising joint projects. Numerous agreements and contracts were concluded at the exhibition.
“We are really proud that we are organizing the Belagro exhibition for the 33rd time. Here we summarize international experience in the field of agricultural engineering. In addition, we demonstrate the development of science in Belarus and our achievements in the food industry. I emphasize that we are open to cooperation with all the countries that participate in this exhibition today," Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Leonid Zayats said during the official opening of Belagro.
Special attention was paid to cooperation with the regions of the Russian Federation, from where many delegations arrived to conclude contracts. Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Russia Ivan Lebedev said that the right partnership policy has been formed between our countries. Thus, in 2022, record highs were achieved in terms of the number of products supplied and the monetary equivalent.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, there is already a positive trend - an increase in mutual trade between Belarus and Russia in the field of agriculture amounted to 25% compared to the same period last year. “We work and look at all areas together. I am sure that together we will achieve even greater results,” Ivan Lebedev said.
What plants, enterprises and factories presented at the exhibition"Belagro" this year was truly large-scale. The number of stands and enterprises represented was impressive. Many demonstrated new products, modernized equipment and their developments.
"Our enterprises need to increase production volumes, because today our equipment is in demand both on the domestic market and in other countries. We looked at Gomselmash combines, MAZ, MTZ equipment. I saw new types of equipment. Enterprises do not stand still, they develop , produce new products that the consumer needs today," said Natalia Kochanova, chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly, after visiting the Belagro exhibition.
Thus, Gomselmash presented three models of grain harvesters. Among them is the flagship of production - the GS2124 harvester with a precision farming system, which was developed jointly with the Russian company Cognitive Agro Pilot. It is planned that combines with and without this system will undergo comparative tests.
Dmitry Mulyar , Deputy DIRECTOR for Sales and Development, Director of the Marketing and Advertising Center of Gomselmash OJSC, said that last year a record was set on this combine in Belarus and more than 6 thousand tons of grain were harvested. In addition, a modernized forage harvester of a new type FS80 Pro was presented with a corn grain grinder and new adapters - a folding header for coarse crops.
Pavel Yershov , Deputy HEAD of the Department for Sales of MAZ Trucks to the Republic of Belarus , spoke about the novelties of MAZ production.
"MAZ every year shows new production at Belagro. This year, two new 4x2 and 6x4 truck tractors are on display. Many were waiting for the MAZ-643028 truck tractor, which is equipped with air suspension with a hydraulic system. , as well as semi-trailer dumping equipment, which today is in great demand among agricultural organizations and in the construction industry," said Pavel Ershov.
He also drew attention to the MAZ-54402L-531-031 truck tractor with a domestically assembled gearbox and a 453 horsepower engine.
The MINSK Tractor Works brought to the exhibition a modernized tractor BELARUS-742 and a mini-tractor BELARUS-182, as well as an unmanned tractor MTZ BELARUS A3523i. In addition, the holding's equipment was exhibited: plows manufactured by the Minsk Gear Plant, a disk wheel manufactured by the Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Assemblies, as well as a modernized wood splitter.
Yulia Dylenok, the press secretary of OJSC "MTW", spoke about another presented tractor - BELARUS-3522.
"It is notable for the fact that a Chinese Weichai engine is located under its hood. Now we are actively cooperating with this company to install their powerful engines on our cars. This is a technologically intensive process that took a lot of time and testing. We have been moving towards this for a long time, and Now we can finally present the finished product," she stressed.
AMKODOR presented more than 40 pieces of equipment at Belagro. In addition to agricultural, a line of road-building and reclamation machines was exhibited.
"We are exhibiting a mineral fertilizer spreader, an organic fertilizer spreader, carrier trailers, grain transfer trailers, tillage machines and seeding machines. Thus, we have a whole range of machines for the needs of agriculture. At the same time, some models we previously did not represented," said Andrei Yarotsky, General Director of AMKODOR OJSC - the holding's management company.
According to him, the main presented novelty is a stone-picking machine. In Belarus, the corresponding process is not mechanized at all, so AMKODOR has manufactured a prototype machine that allows you to automatically collect stones in a special bunker. Also at the exhibition, the company demonstrated a new type of conveyor-type grain dryer.
OAO Lidselmash Holding Management Company brought to the exhibition only a small part of the equipment it produces.
Thus, the company demonstrated to visitors a 12-meter seeder, a self-propelled sprayer, grain and row crop seeders, as well as trailed potato diggers and potato planters. In addition, Lidselmash presented a full range of forage harvesting machines, in particular, mowers from three to nine meters and rakes.
This year, MMZ brought pumping units, compressor stations and diesel generator sets to the agricultural forum.
"At the exhibition, we demonstrate selected items that are very popular with buyers. This year we presented a new 10-cubic meter compressor station, which has already been tested and is in demand both in the domestic and foreign markets," said the head of the holding's special equipment sales department " MMZ" Viktor Kruglik.
Kommunarka presented at Belagro-2023 a new bar in milk chocolate - an analogue of Ptichye Moloko sweets, as well as a bar made on the basis of salted caramel brewed from condensed milk, with the addition of peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds in a shell of milk chocolate. In addition, the confectionery factory has created a summer collection of sweets and chocolates with the taste of pineapple, ice watermelon, as well as with apricot and chocolate cream.
In April of this year, a line for the production of thin bar chocolate was opened at the Spartak factory, and now the company has the opportunity to produce chocolate with various percentages of cocoa products: from milk 35% to bitter 99%. At the exhibition, the factory presented three new types of dark chocolate: with orange, with lemon and ginger, as well as with raspberries and crushed hazelnuts.
"Belkoopsoyuz" brought to "Belagro" products of the cooperative industry from all regions of the country - more than 50 types of products in total.
"The Minsk region presents meat and sausage products. It is made mainly according to home recipes without any additives. We present more than five types of dry-cured and raw-smoked sausages, as well as natural meat with spices. In addition, we have bakery and confectionery products . Also at the exhibition, we organized our point of sale, where the products of the Kopyl cooperative industry are presented," said Svetlana Chekan, deputy chairman of the Minsk Regional Consumer Union.
Scientific developments at BelagroScientific organizations of the country also presented their developments for agriculture.
Thus, BSU brought more than 20 scientific and technical developments, among which were fertilizers, veterinary drugs, and food additives. In particular, the spicy-aromatic mixtures "Seasons", the biological preparation for plant protection "MaxImmun", the complex microbial preparation "Zhytsen" to accelerate the decomposition of stubble and straw, the technology of phenomic analysis of woody plants and others were demonstrated.
Among the exhibits of the university was the ecological fertilizer "Likafos", which is designed to improve plant nutrition, increase productivity and improve soil quality indicators. At the same time, the fertilizer has an economically profitable production with minimal costs for the feedstock.
The biological product "Korneplus" was presented in the line of products for feeding crops. It is designed to stimulate the root system of plants, increase their productivity and improve the quality of fruits. Fertilizer is suitable for application at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex and personal household plots. Compared with foreign analogues, the Belarusian innovation has high efficiency and low cost.
In addition, visitors to the exhibition were able to get acquainted with a series of veterinary biological products for the treatment and prevention of diseases of farm animals. Their main distinguishing feature is multifunctionality and species specificity, due to the introduction of protective proteins, interferons, into the composition.
About 50 organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus brought over 200 of their developments and technologies to the agricultural industry in various areas.
The exposition of the RUE "SPC NAS of Belarus for agricultural mechanization" was presented with new machines, equipment and devices for the technical support of innovative technologies of the agro-industrial complex. New developments are intended for the mechanization of technological processes in crop production and animal husbandry. So, for example, the State Enterprise "Experimental Plant" RUE "NPC of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the mechanization of agriculture" presented a beet-laying complex for SUGAR beets. This is an original line consisting of a complex of machines for receiving, sorting and sorting sugar beets.
The state enterprise "Center for Identification Systems" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus demonstrated at the exhibition technologies and systems for automatic identification, cataloging and traceability of products in supply chains using bar codes, RFID and blockchain technologies, which ensure the unified use of digital product passports, electronic accompanying documents, including when exporting Belarusian goods.
RUE "Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry" demonstrated liquid fertilizers prepared on the basis of chelates of zinc, copper and boron metal elements in organo-mineral form with the addition of a growth regulator - hydrohumine, hydrohumate or other humic substances, which are intended for pre-sowing incrustation and for foliar feeding of agricultural crops . They increase crop yields and product quality.
RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agriculture" brought seeds of new varieties of main crops with high potential for productivity and yield, zoned for 2022-2023. Among the new products are Asima winter wheat, Znamya spring wheat, Zabava rye, Medeo winter triticale, Delo spring triticale, Business spring barley, Zenit oats, Deliva buckwheat and others.
The State Enterprise "Center for LED and Optoelectronic Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" presented LED electric lighting for greenhouse vegetable growing.
In addition, scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus demonstrated at Belagro food products for children based on fruits and vegetables, meat and dairy, technologies for processing raw milk of red breeds of cattle into dairy products, as well as new varieties of potatoes and other agricultural plants, veterinary drugs, growth regulators plants and more.
What surprised the guestsThe colorful design of the expositions, presentations and tastings of products, the "city of masters", the fair-sale and the performances of creative teams created a festive atmosphere at the exhibition and made "Belagro" a memorable event for all visitors.
So, for the first time the grain harvester GS5 of JSC "Gomselmash" was used not for its intended purpose, but as a candy spreader. The show called "Sweet Harvest" was held every day from 6 to 10 June. During it, the harvester unloaded sweets right at the exhibition site. Also, to attract visitors to the exposition, an animator dressed as a transformer robot worked.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the Republican contest "The Best Ploughman" was traditionally held. This year the competition brought together 26 teams of 52 participants. They had to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge, show their skills in driving the BELARUS-80.1 tractor and plow a section of the field.
Not without a competition for the "Best breeding cow". The competition featured 24 leaders in milk production. These are the best cows from every region of the country. All breeding farms of Belarus participated in the competition, and there are more than 50 of them.
"The highest milk yield from a cow, presented at the exhibition, was 67 liters of milk per day," said Elena Makaro, head of the department of biotechnology, informatics and genomic analysis of the Belarusian state association for livestock breeding "Belplemzhivobedinenie".
In addition, for the first time, sports events were held at Belagro, in particular, an athletics race for experienced athletes and amateurs. So, among the proposed distances were: 1 km - "Family Run", 3 km - "For beginners" and 10 km - "For experienced runners". Each participant received a commemorative medal at the finish line.
The Republican Center for Olympic Training of Equestrian Sports and Horse Breeding has prepared a sports and entertainment program with riding in a cart and riding horses. A sports and entertainment program was also organized with the participation of Belarusian Olympians: power juggling, extreme weight lifting and more.
