National pavilion of Belarus presented at the exhibition in Tashkent

November 24, MINSK. The national pavilion of Belarus is presented at the exhibitions of agriculture and food products UzAgroExpo and UzProdExpo, which opened today in Tashkent, BelTA learned from the exhibition enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the BelCCI.

Belarusian enterprises surprise visitors with novelties in the field of food industry, agricultural engineering and science. In particular, the pavilion presents a chilled semi-finished MEAT product - beef in lingonberry sauce, soft cheese made according to the Italian technology of ricotta whey cheese, high-quality coffee made according to our own patented technology, dry baby food, medical mixtures, breast MILK substitutes, etc.

In the Belarusian pavilion, you can also get acquainted with scientific developments in the agro-industrial and food sectors, including technologies for restoring damaged soils, methods for producing innovative fermented milk drinks, cosmetics and much more. The scientific stand is organized by the State Committee for Science and Technology and includes technologies and developments of organizations of the Ministry of Education: BSU, BNTU, Belarusian-Russian University and Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies.

Visitors to the stand are waiting for new developments of Belarusian confectioners: peanut butter with sea SALT, a fruit bar made from a mixture of dried prunes, dried APPLE, oatmeal and syrup. Supporters of a healthy diet will be interested in protein milk chocolate with increased protein content and other products of the enterprises of the Belgospischeprom concern. Belarusian whiskey is also presented, an alcoholic blended drink made from artesian water based on national grain crops - rye, wheat, barley malt.

Especially for the Uzbek market, Belarusian machine builders have also developed new modifications of the cultivator for processing cotton, the most popular agricultural crop in the country. This innovative technique is presented by the Belarusian flagships: the Minsk Automobile Plant and the Lidselmash enterprise. MAZ products are demonstrated by the official distributor of the plant in Uzbekistan MAZ-TASHKENT, Lidselmash products are Belukros.

The opening ceremony of the Belarusian exposition was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Aleksey Bogdanov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan - General DIRECTOR of the National Center for Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture Alisher Turaev, HEAD of the Supply Department of the Council of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and Owners of Homestead Lands of Uzbekistan Nazhmiddin Mirabdullayev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan Leonid Marynich.

International exhibitions UzAgroExpo and UzProdExpo are the largest industry events in Uzbekistan. In 2021, exhibitions brought together 120 companies from 18 countries.
