Ministry of Agrarian Policy on how the price of land
will rise
The HEAD of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy Roman Leshchenko believes that the cost of land in Ukraine will increase.
According to him, the rise in price of agricultural land plots will be about 7-10% annually. He stated this during the Hour of Questions to the Government in the Verkhovna Rada.
“As for the growth in the cost of agricultural land. According to our estimates, the growth will be about 7-10 percent per year, since Ukrainian land is undervalued, but there are market factors that affect the price increase. We are convinced that the price will constantly rise,” the minister said.
Ранее глава АПК прогнозировал, что средняя цена земли по стране после открытия рынка составит около 2 тысяч долларов за гектар. Затем она может вырасти в несколько раз.
Широкомасштабная земельная реформа начнет действовать только с 2024 года. Сейчас же в Украине наступил этап “ограниченного рынка земли”, когда приобретать землю могут только физические лица, и общая площадь таких участков не может превышать 100 га.
