MTK laboratory assistant in Dribinsky district leaked more than 2.5 thousand liters of milk

In the Dribinsky district, a laboratory assistant at a dairy complex leaked more than 2.5 thousand liters of MILK, the damage was compensated at the suit of the prosecutor's office of the Dribinsky district. This was reported to BelTA in the information service of the prosecutor's office of the Mogilev region.

During the supervisory activities, the prosecutor's office revealed the fact of a leak of 2.52 thousand liters of premium milk into the sewerage at one of the MTCs of the district. As a result of the audit, it turned out that the cause of the leak was the improper performance of labor duties by the laboratory assistant of the MTC. In particular, according to the work instructions, the laboratory assistant is obliged to collect milk and monitor the good condition of the equipment. However, due to personal inattention, having violated the regulations for the collection and storage of dairy products, she allowed milk to leak from the container for cooling it. As a result of such actions, the company suffered property damage in the amount of more than Br1.94 thousand.

On a voluntary basis, the laboratory assistant did not compensate for the damage, although, according to the agreement on full individual liability, she is responsible for the failure to ensure the safety of the inventory items entrusted to her. "Article 402 of the Labor Code provides that employees who have caused harm to the employer by their guilty actions, as a rule, bear full financial responsibility," the information service clarified.

Based on the results of the audit, the prosecutor of the Dribinsky district, in the interests of an agricultural organization, filed a claim for the recovery of the cost of lost milk. The district COURT satisfied the prosecutor's demands: taking into account the defendant's family and financial situation, Br1.4 thousand was recovered from her in favor of the organization. The court decision entered into legal force.
