October 20, Mogilev. The DIRECTOR and foreman of the agro-industrial complex enterprise will pay the amount of damage due to 2.6 tons of MILK that turned sour due to their fault, BelTA was told in the information service of the prosecutor's office of the Mogilev region.

In August 2022, 2.6 tons of products were returned to the dairy complex due to increased acidity caused by violation of technological requirements. The reason was faulty refrigeration equipment, which the MTC foreman and the director of the farm knew about . The stored milk turned sour, became completely unusable and was subsequently disposed of. The damage to the enterprise amounted to more than Br2.5 thousand.

The prosecutor of the Bykhovsky district, in the interests of an agricultural enterprise, on the basis of Articles 400, 402 and 404 of the Labor Code, filed a claim to recover the amount of damage from the guilty officials. The defendants in the claim were the HEAD of an agricultural organization and the foreman of a dairy complex, who did not voluntarily compensate for the damage. The Bykhovsky District COURT satisfied the prosecutor's claims , and the decision entered into legal force.
