From June 28, minors and people with contraindications to vaccination will be able to visit catering establishments if they have a negative PCR test, the mayor's office said.

Minors will be able to visit restaurants and cafes in Moscow by presenting a negative PCR test for CORONAVIRUS. This was announced to journalists by the HEAD of the capital's department of trade and services, Alexei Nemeryuk.

“Children under 18, if they need to get to some kind of celebration [in a catering establishment], again there is the opportunity to do PCR. it will operate for 72 hours,” Nemeryuk said (quote from Interfax).

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree according to which, from June 28, only those who have been vaccinated against coronavirus or have been ill with covid-19 in the past six months, as well as people with a negative coronavirus test with a validity period of three days, will be able to visit public catering. The PCR test must be done in one of the Moscow laboratories connected to the EMIAS system. The so-called protection against coronavirus will be checked through QR codes.
