February 17, MINSK. By 2030, Belarus plans to increase dairy production to 10.5 million tons, Minister of Agriculture and Food Igor Brylo said today at the international sectoral Belarus Agrarian. Dairy Farm, BelTA has learned.

“Belarus plans to further increase the production of dairy products. In 2025, it is projected to produce 9.2 million tons, in 2030 - 10.5 million tons. This will allow creating additional volumes for EXPORT and increase the inflow of foreign exchange earnings into the country,” stressed Igor Brylo.

About 64% of the produced MILK, or 5 million tons, is exported. "At the same time, almost all produced dry skimmed and dried whole milk is exported, cheese - 89.1%, butter - 72.5%," the minister said.

The international branch forum "Belarus is agrarian. Dairy farm" takes place today in Minsk. The event is dedicated to the technology of milk production. Experts from zootechnics, fodder production, veterinary medicine, breeding, representatives of the committees on agriculture and food, dairy plants, SECs are invited to the forum.

There will also be a celebration of the best farms and the awarding of the "Extra Class Dairy Farm" award to the winners.
