The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Inter Way Capital LLC (Kyiv) to buy PJSC Ichnyansky Milk Canning Plant (IMCC, Chernihiv region).

The relevant decision was taken by the state regulator at a meeting on September 23, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

According to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, Ichnyansky MCC with an authorized capital of UAH 109,000 belongs to Anatoly Sokol (33.57%) and a deputy of the Chernihiv Regional Council Valentyn Zaporoshchuk (0.02%), who manages the enterprise through Proviant LLC ( Chernihiv), Marina Kinakh owns 9.99%.

Last month, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Zaporoshchuk to increase his share in the authorized capital of Proviant LLC, a condensed milk exporter, over 50%, which he owned before the relevant decision was made.

According to the AMCU data, Proviant is engaged in the wholesale EXPORT trade of canned milk (condensed milk) produced at the affiliated PJSC Ichnya Milk Canning Plant.

According to the data on the website of Pravio Group of Companies, a mutually integrated business united in a closed-type complex for the production of canned dairy products, it includes IMKK, Proviant LLC, Mayak Agrofirma and Obmachevsky Stars (all from Chernihiv region). The Group's brand portfolio consists of TM "Pravio", "MamaMilla", "Milada", "Ichnya". According to her, Proviant exports IMCC products to 40 countries of the world, and also distributes them in Ukraine, where it occupies 25% of the condensed milk market.

According to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, the authorized capital of Inter Way Capital LLC in the amount of UAH 50 million is owned in equal shares by Vasily and Yevgeny Astions, the permission to purchase which from ex-People's Deputy Vitaliy Khomutynnik was issued by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in August 2020.

The company provides factoring services, lends funds (including on the terms of a financial loan), provides guarantees, guarantees and financial leasing services.

According to the AMCU, the Astion brothers control companies that are engaged in the warehouse business in Ukraine; stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk are mined; produce lemonade, baby food and dietary foods; organize transportation by railway transport.
