Znamenskaya's first offer to the people of Tokyo was boiled sausage Znamenskaya, and, obviously, the choice of SKU turned out to be correct. Soon, Japanese consumers appreciated the quality and taste, as evidenced by the growth in sales.

In early April, the Znamensky Ham House expanded its EXPORT assortment by adding products that take into account the gastronomic preferences of the Japanese. Sausages with the colorful name Beldyazhki, Elite sausage, Original sausages, lard with garlic and black pepper, Smoked Cheeks MEAT delicacy, and a jellied meat kit called Knuckle and Legs have appeared in Tokyo stores.

Sales volumes and customer reviews confirm that the quality and taste characteristics meet the expectations of the importer and the target audience. The manufacturer is ready to increase deliveries and add new positions.

Znamensky SGC was one of the first in the country to receive the right to export finished products to the Japanese market following an audit conducted by experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan in March 2019. To date, only three Russian meat processors have been certified for deliveries to Japan.
