The Degtyarev plant presents a filling machine at the Agroprodmash-2021 exhibition

LLC Plant named after V.A. Degtyarev” presents at the exhibition “Agroprodmash-2021” the M6 ​​AP2T automatic machine, which is designed for packing pasty products such as cottage cheese, butter, minced MEAT, yeast, margarine.

The productivity of the M6 ​​AP2T machine depends on the weight of the product, but on average, as we were told at the company's stand, it is about 900 kg per hour. This is 70 packs per minute with a product weight of 100-250 g, 40 packs per minute with a weight of 400-500 g or 20 packs per minute with a weight of 1 kg. The machine is designed for use in medium and large enterprises.

The specialists of the plant are constantly working on improving the machine. The representatives of the plant noted that such innovations as a retractable hopper to ensure high-quality processing after packaging, an automatic lubrication system, which is now in great demand by customers, as well as packaging processing with UV lamps, are on the way.
