Volzhsky Meat Processing Plant was awarded gold medals at Prodexpo 2023

The gold medals of the Best Product 2023 competition were awarded to Doctorskaya and Lyubitelskaya boiled sausages made in accordance with GOST, semi-smoked Krakovskaya GOST, boiled-smoked Balykovaya, Moskovoretsky Evening meatballs and Beef sausages.

Exclusive formulations of three samples of products that have won the recognition of the jury, developed according to the standards of the organization (CTO). Sausage "Balykovaya" is made using ham technology. Juicy and spicy pork and beef skewers in a natural casing can be grilled or bonfired. Elastic sausages "Beef" are positioned as a product without pork and are very popular.

The MEAT processing plant in the second largest city in the region, Volzhsky, reopened after reconstruction in the spring of 2019. For three years the company has undergone important transformations. Now the company is considered one of the industry leaders in the Southern Federal District and produces about 20 tons of products per day.

Last year, LLC "Volzhsky Meat Processing Plant" joined the national project "Labor Productivity". The pilot site was the site for the production of semi-smoked sausages, providing 20% ​​of revenue. As a result, production per shift increased by 11.5%, and the duration of the technological process decreased by 23%.
