Velikoluksky meat processing plant received a warning from Rosselkhoznadzor

As laboratory examination has shown, the boiled sausage produced by the Velikoluksky plant contains rapeseed DNA, and the “Children” sausages contain 1.5% potato starch. Samples were collected for research in one of the supermarkets in the Leningrad region . Both plant-derived ingredients were not listed on the labels.

A previous warning about the inadmissibility of violations of the requirements of technical regulations of the EAEU was presented to OJSC Velikoluksky MEAT Processing Plant in October after the discovery of starch in the composition of GOST boiled sausage .
