"We received support in the amount of 5.5 million rubles to compensate for logistics costs . By the end of the year, we plan to reimburse export-oriented enterprises for at least another 5 million rubles," Levenskaya said.
Most of the exported products of the agro-industrial complex of the region are fish and seafood and products of their processing, 10% are agricultural products , food and processing industry products, other products, which mostly include soybeans.
At the end of last year, the volume of exports of agricultural products exceeded the planned indicators of the regional project "Export of agricultural products" of the national project "International cooperation and export", the level by 2021 amounted to 106.3%. At the end of this year, according to the ministry, the volume of exports of agro-industrial products of the region will amount to $0.49 billion, by the end of 2024 the figure will increase by 4% and amount to $0.51 billion . sauces, ketchups, canned food, coffee , as well as honey in large volumes. Honey has not been exported in the region since 2021, this year supplies have resumed.
Levenskaya said that exporters of agricultural products in the Khabarovsk Territory are assisted in their activities both at the regional and federal levels. Among the support measures, in addition to compensation for logistics costs, concessional lending and leasing, reimbursement of part of the costs of product certification. "The regional project "Export of agricultural products" provides support for expanding the accreditation of veterinary laboratories for certification of manufactured or processed products for EXPORT. This year, the project provided a subsidy in the amount of 1.7 million rubles, due to which the scope of accreditation of the regional veterinary laboratory was expanded for six indicators of food safety," Levenskaya said.
The region also helps enterprises with the promotion of products on international markets, participation in foreign events, it is planned to enter export e-commerce platforms. According to Levenskaya, the region wants to conclude two tripartite agreements between the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the region and the fishery industry, they will relate to increasing competitiveness in order to obtain preferential loans. Now the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA is considering the relevant applications, the total declared amount for lending to exporters is 1.2 billion rubles.
