In the Volgograd region, Rosselkhoznadzor cancelled more than 50 declarations of conformity for livestock products

During the inspection, it was found that the manufacturers had received declarations for their products based on test reports that did not contain all the necessary studies to confirm compliance with technical regulations. In particular, in February and March 2025, when monitoring compliance with the requirements of IP Baldin I.V., IP Andreeva M.I. and JSC BG "Sinhro", deficiencies were found in the test reports for fish and dairy products: there were no studies on antibiotics and pathogenic microorganisms such as salmonella , as well as tests for toxic elements and pesticides.

In addition, the enterprise OOO Tsaritsynsky Kombinat registered declarations for products that do not meet the established requirements. Undesirable components were found in MEAT products, including microbial transglutaminase and cattle DNA .

As of March 31, 2025, warnings were issued to 17 legal entities and 20 individual entrepreneurs who violated mandatory declaration requirements regarding the inadmissibility of violations in the release of products of animal origin. Manufacturers are recommended to strictly follow regulations governing the production and circulation of food products.
