In the Ulyanovsk region, with the help of the FSIS "Mercury", the facts of the movement of live animals in violation of the conditions of regionalization were established

Thus, a veterinarian of an institution subordinate to the Veterinary Agency of the Ulyanovsk Region issued an eVSD for the transfer of pigs from the pig farm of the Melekessky District of the Ulyanovsk Region to the Tambov Region without indicating information about the required 30-day quarantine of animals and disinfection of vehicles. A similar violation was committed by a veterinary specialist when issuing an eVSD for the movement of cattle from the farm of the Cherdaklinsky district of the Ulyanovsk region to the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan .

In addition, the monitoring group, with the help of FSIS "Mercury", recorded the facts of issuing an eVSD in violation of the conditions for regionalization when moving the number of cattle susceptible to tuberculosis and foot-and-mouth disease from the Republic of Tatarstan to the Ulyanovsk region: the eVSD issued by a veterinarian did not contain information about the quarantine of cattle livestock, disinfection, disinfestation and desacarization of transport.

Thus, in accordance with the Veterinary Rules for the regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation, veterinarians violated the conditions for the movement of animals, which poses a potential threat to the spread of contagious animal diseases. The Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent information about the identified violations to the Veterinary Agency of the Ulyanovsk Region, the territorial Departments of the Rosselkhoznadzor for taking measures within the existing powers.
