Facts of violation of veterinary rules by a livestock enterprise revealed in the Tyumen region

The regional department revealed signs of violation of the mandatory requirements of the Veterinary Rules for keeping cattle (approved by Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA dated October 21, 2020 No. 622), Veterinary Rules for the movement, storage, processing and disposal of biological waste (approved by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated October 26, 2020 No. 626.):

- farm areas do not have full fencing to prevent the entry of wild animals;

- entrances/exits on the territory of farms are not equipped with platforms for disinfection of vehicles;

- manure is stored next to walking areas on the surface of the earth outside manure storages.

- about 100 meters from the site for storing succulent fodder, an illegal storage (dump) of corpses and remains of cattle was found on the surface of the earth, with numbers on the tags.

In order to prevent violations of mandatory requirements and taking into account the moratorium on the implementation of control and supervisory measures (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2022 No. 336), a warning has been issued to the legal entity. The information was sent to the Prosecutor's Office of the Zavodoukovsky District for the adoption of prosecutorial response measures.
