In the Tver region, Rosselkhoznadzor is working to prevent violations related to the circulation of animal by-products

In order to reduce the risk of harm from the economic activities of controlled persons, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration for the Tver and Yaroslavl Regions conducts preventive visits in the form of consultations in accordance with Art. 8 and 52 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation”.

So, on April 3, 2023, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Tver and Yaroslavl regions organized a preventive visit at the request of Tverskoy Harvest LLC.

Tverskoy Urozhad LLC is one of the largest farms in the Tver region for breeding small cattle, the main activity of which is mixed agriculture - breeding small cattle (goats), production of products from goat MILK, as well as growing crops, vegetables, root crops. and tuber crops (potatoes). The enterprise operates a cheese-making production, producing handicraft quality cheeses. The complex is fully provided with its own feed base, storage facilities and feed production workshops.

A preventive conversation was held by an official of the department of state land supervision of the territorial department of Rosselkhoznadzor with an official of the enterprise (chief agronomist) in order to prevent violations of land legislation and eliminate the reasons that contribute to their commission.

During the conversation, the mandatory requirements in the field of circulation of livestock by-products established by the Federal Law of July 14, 2022 No. 248-FZ “On livestock by-products” and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2022 No. 1940 were discussed.

In addition, in March 2023, the Department organized preventive visits to JSC Zavolzhskoye breeding farm, LLC Novye Furs, LLC Furs (Kalinin district) and to a peasant farm in the Rameshkovsky district of the Tver region.

The advisory activities carried out by the department are aimed at preventing violations of the mandatory requirements of land legislation and violations in the field of circulation of PLS. Such formats of work make land supervision more open, as focused as possible on the observance of the rights and interests of landowners.

In the first quarter of 2023, the Rosselkhoznadzor Department for Tverskaya and Yaroslavskaya received 19 notifications from agricultural producers in the region about classifying substances formed when keeping farm animals as by-products of animal husbandry. 4 preventive visits were organized to the farms, whose activities are related to the circulation of life expectancy, 7 informing the supervised entities about the need to comply with the requirements of land legislation and 4 consultations were held.
