In the most popular trading places among the townspeople, the price per kilogram of beef reached 500 rubles, lamb - up to 650 rubles. The main factor in the formation of prices is the cheating of intermediaries. Therefore, it was decided to provide two agricultural markets in Kyzyl - Vostochny and Pravoberezhny with fresh MEAT without the participation of a third party.

This work was organized by the order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Aldai-Mergen Khovalyg, the Fund for the Development of Farming Business and Agricultural Cooperatives of Tuva. The Fund's employees go to the regions of Tuva to buy meat directly from farms and shepherds. The day before, to ensure the stocks of the capital's agricultural markets, carcasses of 5 cattle were purchased in the farms of the Tandinsky district, today a 20-ton KamAZ truck left for Ulug-Khemsky and Chaa-Kholsky districts. Cattle breeders were informed about the purchase and prepared products for sale in advance.
Pricesat two agricultural markets in the capital are set at the same level. So, the cost of a kilogram of beef pulp and goulash is 400 rubles, minced meat - 360 rubles per kg, vertebrae - 350 rubles. For 330 rubles a kilogram of ribs and brisket, a soup set - 280 rubles, trimmings - 75 rubles, and bones for 20 rubles per kilogram.
The cost of a kilogram of lamb meat is 420 rubles, of the entrails - 400 rubles.
Regional agricultural producers - SPOK "Sayan Daa", LLC "Vaviol", SPOK "Orgaadai", SPOK "Arzayty" and others supply their products for the markets. Also, as Alik Mongush recalled, a project has been developed and a contractor has been found for the construction of a freezing shop, in which a reserve stock of frozen meat products of the capital's agricultural markets will be created - to exclude speculation in the winter, when supplies of fresh meat are reduced.
