The court disputes the sale of two plots of the Perm Pig Farm at the Karabai farm

Ilya Zuykin, the bankruptcy trustee of Permsky Pig Farm JSC, is challenging the company's transactions for the sale of two plots on the Karabai farm in the rural settlement of Maisky, Krasnokamsky District. Two plots of 14.02 ha and 20.13 ha are located near the village of Karabai. According to the materials of the case on the website of the Arbitration COURT of the Perm Territory, both sites were sold at auction in October 2021 to individual entrepreneur Alisher Matkarimov. Previously, the territories belonged to the Perm Pig Farm, but the contract for their sale and purchase was concluded between Mr. Matkarimov and the company organizing auctions, Kapital 59 LLC. The bankruptcy trustee of the Permsky Pig Farm demands that the consequences of invalidity be applied to the transaction (agreement dated April 19, 2017) - to return the indicated plots to the bankruptcy estate of the joint-stock company.

The manager also demanded that interim measures be imposed on the disputed property: to prohibit Alisher Matkarimov from alienating and disposing of plots in Karabakh, and Rosreestr from performing registration actions with this property. The court satisfied the demands for the introduction of interim measures.

According to Kartoteka.ru, Alisher Matkarimov, a native of the Kyrgyz city of Jalal-Abad, is engaged in retail trade in MEAT, poultry meat, meat products and canned food.

JSC "Perm Pig Complex" manages the regional enterprise of the same name in the village of Mayskoye (Krasnokamsky district). Since 2015, the complex has been rented by Permsky Pig Complex LLC, controlled by the Omsk group Synergy. In 2017, the authorities of the region terminated the contract with the tenant due to its violations, after which he found himself in bankruptcy. In the spring of 2021, the financial situation in the JSC itself worsened. In April of this year, the company was also declared bankrupt and a bankruptcy procedure was opened against it.

Accounts receivable of JSC "Perm pig farm" is 1.2 billion rubles. Its main part is the debt of the former tenant of the enterprise - Pig Complex Permsky LLC in the amount of 755 million rubles. Accounts payable of the joint-stock company - 892.9 million rubles. JSC has the largest debts to Permsky Pig Complex LLC (RUB 270.7 million), Permenergosbyt PJSC (RUB 248.3 million) and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Perm LLC (RUB 172.1 million). It should be noted that at a recent meeting of creditors of the Perm Pig Farm, it was decided to increase the salary of the bankruptcy trustee Ilya Zuykin to 180 thousand rubles. With the appropriate petition, he will apply to the court.
