Counterfeit minced meat and cheese were found in a social institution in the Kurgan region

According to the results of a laboratory study conducted at the Chelyabinsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH", it was established that in product samples "Home-style minced MEAT, the composition indicated on the label: trimmed beef , lean pork " (manufacturer of this product - Gonets 2000 LLC, Kurgan region, the city of Kurgan) chicken DNA and soybean DNA were found, which is not allowed by regulation.

During the inspection of electronic veterinary accompanying documents in the FSIS "Mercury", management officials established that the authorized person of the enterprise introduced this minced meat into circulation, the raw materials for the production of which were the following products: ordinary frozen chicken minced meat, frozen beef fat, trimming (sow), pork skin, 2nd grade chicken carcass, soup set.

This raw material is not indicated on the label as part of the product, which led to a violation of the interests of the consumer (misleading) and indicates the release of counterfeit products.

It was also established in the laboratory that samples of “Gollandsky” cheese (manufactured by Prodlogistika LLC (address of the place of business “Tseh Adygea”, Republic of Adygea) contain oils and fats on a plant basis, which indicates falsification of the products.

The ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office informed the educational institution about the results of laboratory tests, and the low-quality products were immediately taken out of circulation.

By their actions, manufacturers violated the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 “On the safety of food products” and “Food products in terms of their labeling,” as well as the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of its powers and taking into account the moratorium, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor issued a warning to the Kurgan manufacturer, materials on the identification of low-quality cheese were sent for taking measures at the location of the manufacturer.

The department also informed the Department of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kurgan Region, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor of the Kurgan Region, and the Department of Education and Science of the Kurgan Region about the identified violations.

Currently, the materials have been sent to the Kurgan Region Prosecutor's Office for action.

The counterfeit products (3.7 kg of minced meat and 6.7 kg of cheese) were destroyed on October 10, about which the owner of the products informed the department.
