Violation detected at meat processing plant in Sochi: chicken meat was passed off as beef

The veterinary documents provided for the production of MEAT products indicated "chilled skinless broiler chicken fillet", while the final product was labeled as "beef". This violation contradicts the design rules established by the Ministry of Agriculture. Products made from chicken meat have already entered stores and catering establishments under the guise of beef.

As a result of the inspection, the individual entrepreneur was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of further violations. All documents for the products were cancelled, and the sale of finished products was suspended.
