Initially, the family business began raising poultry in a small barn, so low that it was impossible to stand up to full height, and in a small greenhouse adapted for a poultry house.
However, thanks to the grant from Agrostartup within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship", received by Anton Vlasov as the HEAD of the peasant farm, dreams of improving the conditions of keeping poultry and improving labor became reality. With the allocated funds, farmers purchased floor equipment for growing broilers, an incubator for 1100 eggs, a modular line for slaughtering poultry, as well as brooders.
In the new spacious building for keeping poultry, everything is thought out and taken into account down to the smallest detail. There are automatic feeding and drinking lines that are height-adjustable, anti-perching, heating and ventilation systems, temperature and humidity sensors, automatics for maintaining the microclimate. Now you can even weigh the birds without entering the poultry house - just connect the scales to the smart system, and the hens themselves sit on them, and the sensors transmit information to the control screen.
The chickens are kept in brooder cages, which make it easier to maintain the required temperature at the initial stage of growth. In the future, the chicks will move to a special building - a brooder. Now the Vlasovs have laid a batch of eggs for incubation, and the first chickens will appear in the new building on March 10. Broilers grow up to 55 days, the approximate weight of the carcass is 2-2.5 kilograms. In the process of their growth, farmers do not use any accelerators or growth hormones.
"At some point, I realized that we need to move forward, not stop at the level of a private farm of 200-300 heads per cycle. We decided to use state support for this, which helped us a lot. Now the entire production cycle is organized at a completely different quality level. There are many plans for further development. We want our "Kuvakskaya Tsypochka" to be known far beyond the Shentalinsky District," says Guzel Vlasova.
