In Russia, chicken meat has fallen in price and pork has risen in price

From December 14 to December 20, a downward trend in the cost of chicken MEAT was recorded in RUSSIA. This follows from the analysis of Rosstat data.

Thus, the cost of chicken meat decreased by 0.39%. However, if we count from the beginning of 2021, then chicken meat has increased in value by more than 26%. Over the past week, chicken eggs have risen in price by 1.25%, SUGAR - by 0.65%. Prices for buckwheat groats also continue to rise - it rose in value by 1.11%.

Prices for vegetables increased by an average of 1.5% over the week, and if we take into account individual types, white cabbage rose in price the most - by 4.84% and cucumbers - by 4.21%. Apples continue to rise in price - by 0.81%, carrots - by 0.82%, onions - by 0.46%, tomatoes - by 1.51%, potatoes - by 0.33%.

Sausages, sausages, frozen fish and pork increased in price by 0.6% over the past week, lamb and beef increased by 0.2%. The same indicators - the growth of prices for lunch in canteens and cafes.
