Antibiotics were found in beef produced in the Pskov region. This was reported to "MK in Pskov" in the press service of the regional ROSSELKHOZNADZOR . Since the beginning of 2021, employees of the department have selected and sent for research 357 samples of food products of animal origin, feed and feed additives to determine their compliance with quality and safety requirements.
According to the results of laboratory tests, 23 samples did not meet the standards. So, in samples of MILK and dairy products, deviations in terms of fatty acid composition, a violation of the mass fraction of moisture, and also drugs were found.
An antibiotic, tilmicosin, was found in a sample of frozen boneless beef, and doxycycline was found in Doctor's sausage. Also found in sausages chicken DNA and turkey DNA, which are not listed in the composition.
Based on the facts of the revealed violations, economic entities were brought to administrative responsibility and issued 12 warnings.
