Thus, from June 2 to June 9, 2023, the veterinarian of the state service of the subject from the site issued 74 electronic veterinary accompanying documents for beef MEAT , beef by-products (heart, liver, kidneys, tongues) with a total weight of 4.9 tons.

The products were sent to retail outlets in Kungur - IP Sidorov S.I., IP Lobanov V.P., IP Popova E.N.

In order to clarify the information, department specialists visited the address registered in the FSIS “VetIS” - “Mercury”. As a result, it was established that the actual activity of the slaughterhouse does not take place there.

By his actions, the manufacturer violated the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Veterinary Medicine”, the Veterinary Rules for organizing work on the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form, and the technical regulations of the Customs Union “On the safety of food products”.

In order to suppress illegal activities, on June 29, 2023, the Administration recognized the site as phantom. The information was sent to the State Veterinary Inspectorate of the Perm Territory to exclude the phantom site from the FSIS "VetIS" and to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RUSSIA for the Perm Territory to take response measures within the scope of competence.
