In the Perm Territory, using the FGIS "Mercury", a non-existent site for the production of meat products was identified

So, from June 1 to June 6, 2023, an authorized person from the site issued 69 electronic veterinary accompanying documents for 4,077 tons of poultry MEAT, meatballs, cutlets.

Semi-finished products were sold to wholesale warehouses in Perm - IP Bolotov D.M., IP Zheleznov V.G., IP Zhdanov D.V., IP Eremeeva M.V.

In order to clarify the information, the specialists of the department carried out a visit to the address registered in the FSIS "VetIS" - "Mercury". As a result, it was found that IP Anfalov V.N. does not actually operate there.

By its actions, the manufacturer violated the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine", the Veterinary Rules for organizing work on the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form, and the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On Food Safety".

The Department has revoked 2 declarations of conformity for semi-finished poultry meat products (roll, kupaty, shish kebab, fillets, cutlets, cabbage rolls, meatballs, etc.).

On June 8, 2023, the Department issued a warning to the entrepreneur about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and suggested taking measures to ensure them. The account of the authorized person was canceled in the FSIS VetIS "Passport" system.

The information was sent to the State Veterinary Inspectorate of the Perm Territory to exclude the phantom site from the FSIS "VetIS".
