The lack of information about the raw materials used does not make it possible to ensure its traceability in the production of these products, does not allow to confirm its safety in veterinary and sanitary terms and the epizootic well-being of the exit points.
Also on March 21, 2023, the entrepreneur produced 201 kg of pork ribs "Merchant" with a production date: 03/21/2023 and a shelf life: until 04/05/2023 from the same name - pork ribs "Merchant" with a production date: 03/07/2023 and a shelf life: up to 03/22/2023. Thus, the entrepreneur illegally increased the shelf life of the manufactured products by 14 days.
By its actions, the manufacturer violated the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation of May 14, 1993 No. 4979-1 “On Veterinary Medicine”, the Veterinary Rules for organizing work on the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form, approved by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA on December 27, 2016 No. 589.
The products were sold to the grocery stores of IP Mamedov A.G.o. in Perm, Krasnokamsk, Berezniki.
On April 10, 2023, the Office issued a warning to the entrepreneur about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and proposed to take measures to ensure them, the account of the authorized person in the VetIS-Passport system was suspended for 3 months without the right to issue veterinary documents.
