In the Perm Territory, the head of a peasant farm was held liable for violations in keeping farm animals

During the inspection, violations were found:

- the entrance to the territory of the farm is not equipped with a disinfection barrier with disinfectant solutions that do not freeze at temperatures below 0 °C;

- cattle and pigs are kept together, not separated into isolated rooms.

The identified inconsistencies indicate a violation of the Law of the Russian Federation of May 14, 1993 No. 4979-1 "On Veterinary Medicine", the Veterinary Rules for Keeping Cattle for the Purpose of Reproduction, Growing and Selling, approved by Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA No. 622 of October 21, 2020, Veterinary Rules for Keeping Pigs for the purpose of their reproduction, cultivation and sale, approved by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated October 21, 2020 No. 621.

Based on the results of the revealed violations in relation to the HEAD of the peasant farm, a protocol was drawn up on an administrative offense under part 1 of article 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, an order was issued to eliminate the identified violations.

On March 28, 2023, the Directorate brought the head of the peasant farm to administrative responsibility with the imposition of a penalty in the form of a fine.
