Both farmers were unable to fence off the area of ​​the farm to avoid the entry of animals, including animals without owners and wild animals, and the entrance and exit were not equipped with disinfection barriers. Both farms did not keep records of livestock and young animals. 

On the farm from the Chastinsky district, there are no veterinary accompanying documents for animal feed, and non-potable water is used. Also, to complete the herd, young cattle are purchased without accompanying veterinary documents confirming the veterinary well-being of their exit points for contagious diseases, including those common to humans and animals.

In Cherdyn, the farmer did not equip a site for storing manure, he used feed of unknown origin.
