In the Kursk region, Rospotrebnadzor rejected 15 batches of meat and meat products

The Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Kursk region checked 8 enterprises that carry out the turnover of MEAT products.

According to various indicators, 218 samples of meat and meat products were examined, all of them met the established requirements.

During the inspections, specialists revealed violations of sanitary requirements in the sale of meat and meat products: the necessary labeling was missing; the commodity neighborhood was not respected during storage, etc.

This year, 15 batches of meat and meat products with a volume of 252 kg were rejected.

According to the results of control and supervisory activities, responsible persons who committed administrative offenses were fined four totaling 23 thousand rubles.
