In the Kursk region, the acquisition of production sites for raising pigs was allowed

At a meeting of the regional special commission for the prevention of the spread and elimination of foci of contagious animal diseases, the possibility of completing two production sites of the Troitsky branch of the pig farm LLC Agropromkomplektatsiya-Kursk was discussed

Several thousand indicator pigs were quarantined under the supervision of veterinary specialists of the institution at the fattening site in the village of Stary Buzets and at the nursery site in the village of Troitsky, Zheleznogorsk district.

- Every day, veterinarians measured the temperature of the animals, monitored their condition, took samples for testing for the presence of ASF, which were sent to the state laboratories of the Kursk and Oryol regions. All results are negative, according to the regional administration.

All necessary measures have been taken to preserve the epizootic well-being of the region. The commission allowed the acquisition of production sites, but under the control of the state veterinary service in the Kursk region.
