In the Kaliningrad region, facts of illegally increasing shelf life during product certification were revealed

For example, at the enterprise of IP Rajabov Gurban Dzhangir ogly, the veterinarian of the joint venture “Pravdinskaya VS” of the State Budgetary Institution of Institutions of the KO “Regional SBBZh” issued a production transaction “processing/production”, according to which the raw materials are “chilled beef by-products (heart)” (expiration date until 27.08. 2023) the product “chilled beef by-products (heart)” was developed (expiration date until 02/25/2024). Thus, extending the shelf life violates the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “On the Safety of Food Products” TR CU 021/2011.

Based on the results of the identified violations, the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent 4 warnings to business entities about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, 3 warnings to authorized persons, materials were sent to the Ministry of Agriculture, to the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Kaliningrad Region and the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 1 for the Kaliningrad Region.
