A livestock complex will be built in Buryatia due to the expansion of the priority development area (TOR)

it is expected that a pedigree reproducer and a farm for young beef cattle will appear on the territory of the Bichursky district of Buryatia. The document emphasizes that the implementation of these projects will attract more than 1.6 billion rubles of private investment and create more than 200 new jobs.

TOP is a special tool designed to stimulate the development of priority sectors of the economy and attract new investors. Residents of the ASEZ have access to a wide range of benefits and preferences, including reduced rates on taxes and insurance premiums, and a free customs zone procedure. 

In total, 20 priority development areas have been created in the Far Eastern Federal District. The number of residents is 650, the volume of investments under agreements is more than 4.8 trillion rubles. At the same time, more than 2.1 trillion rubles of private investments have already been invested and more than 57.3 thousand jobs have been created.
