List of settlements subject to restrictions: City of Kinel, settlements of Gorny, Elshnyagi related to Kinel, Ozersk of the rural settlement of Frunzensky of the Bolshegluchitsky district, villages of Boriskino-Igar, Cherny Klyuch, Nazarovka of the Klyavlinsky district, Samovolno-Ivanovka of the rural settlement of Letnikovo of the Alekseevsky district, Novomikhailovka of the rural the settlements of Pesochnoye in the Bezenchuksky district and the village of Ekaterinovka in the rural settlement of Khilkovo in Krasnoyarsk.

The reason for the introduction of quarantine in all territories is bovine leukemia . it is an infectious and chronic disease . Animals begin to develop tumors.

In connection with quarantine in all these settlements, a number of bans are being introduced. Among them:

· Visiting the territories by strangers, with the exception of personnel;

Collection, processing, storage, EXPORT of biomaterial;

· Sharing indoors and walking sick and healthy cows.

In addition, agricultural exhibitions and fairs, as well as other events related to the movement of animals, are prohibited there.
