During the collection and analysis of data entered into the information systems of the Federal State Information System "Mercury" and the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity, officials of the Department established that individual entrepreneur Lakhmenkov M.A. (Kurgan Region, Lebyazhye District) produced and released into circulation from January 2022 to May 2024 a large assortment of products of animal origin with a total weight of 2.5 tons (goulash, roast, shashlik, stew, brisket, ribs, lula kebab, meatballs, cabbage rolls, manti, khinkali, chebureki , pelmeni), while not fully conducting the required laboratory tests . In particular, there are no tests for the presence of tetracycline antibiotics and bacitracin in the products .

Thus, the test reports on the basis of which the declaration of conformity was issued do not allow for a reliable assessment of the conformity of the products with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “On the Safety of Food Products” (TR CU 021/2011) and “On the Safety of MEAT and Meat Products (TR CU 034/2013).

For violation of mandatory requirements of the Federal Laws "On Veterinary Medicine", "On the Quality and Safety of Food Products", "On Technical Regulation", the Administration issued a warning to the entrepreneur. The declaration of conformity was declared invalid. Changes were made to the Rosaccreditation website. Now the entrepreneur is obliged to conduct the required studies of this product and re-issue the declaration in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations.
