The Rosselkhoznadzor Department revealed violations of the conditions of regionalization in the supply of beef to healthcare institutions in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

When analyzing the entire chain of movement of MEAT products, it was found that the veterinarians of the State Budgetary Institution of the NSO "Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Vengerovsky District of the Novosibirsk Region" issued eVSD for the products "frozen beef in quarters" of the manufacturer LLC "STANDART" at the site of IP Sokhranich V.A. (Novosibirsk region) to the consignees Almaz Group LLC and Resource Agro LLC (Kemerovo region).

Further, the veterinarians of the State Budgetary Institution "Kuzbass SBBZH" issued an eVSD for the products "frozen beef in quarters" with a total volume of 757 kg to the HEALTH care institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (KGBUZ "Krasnoyarsk Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary No. 1", KGBUZ "Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Hospital No. 3", KGBUZ " Krasnoyarsk Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary No. 1”, KGBUZ “Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Maternity Hospital No. 1”, KGBUZ “Krasnoyarsk Regional Anti-TB Dispensary No. 1”).

According to the status of the regions for contagious animal diseases, the Novosibirsk region has the status of “Prosperous region (before OIE recognition), with vaccination”, the Kemerovo region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory have the status of “Prosperous region, without vaccination”. Accordingly, the import of “frozen beef in quarters” from the manufacturer of the Novosibirsk region into the territory of the region is prohibited.

In order to take measures within the framework of its authority, the Office sent information to the territorial Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Kemerovo region. Recipients of products are also notified of these facts.
