Tomsk region increased the volume of exports of agricultural products - Ministry of Agriculture

In 2021, the agricultural enterprises of the Tomsk region sold the most MEAT and dairy products (pork, chicken, ice cream) - by 17.1 million US dollars . Also among the leaders of the EXPORT range are products of the food and processing industry (nuts, beer, confectionery, FLOUR) - 12.7 million US dollars, products of the oil and fat industry (rapeseed oil, cake) - 9.7 million. Other agricultural products were sold for another 11 .5 million US dollars, grain crops - 0.4 million US dollars, the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture reported.

The total volume of exports to the world market amounted to usd 51.4 million (USD 49.8 million in 2020). In total, 80 companies of the region became participants in the implementation of the export project in 2021.

The most active purchases of Tomsk agricultural products were made by CHINA ($12.6 million), Vietnam ($10.8 million), Mongolia (6.6 million), Kazakhstan (5.1 million), and the Netherlands (3.1 million). In total, exports are carried out to 42 countries of the world.

The Ministry of Economic Development worsened the forecast for inflation in 2022 

The key exporting enterprises of the region in 2021 were the companies Mezheninovskaya Poultry Farm, Sibirskaya Oliva, Sava, Sibagro, and Tomsk Mills.
