The Arbitration COURT of the Republic of Mari El refused JSC " Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm " (part of the GAP " Resurs " Viktor Nauruzov) to transfer the property of CJSC " Mariyskoye ", which was under the threat of bankruptcy.

The Tambov Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm bought out a debt of almost 1 billion rubles from Rosselkhozbank JSC and became the main creditor of Mariyskoye CJSC, a poultry MEAT producer from the Republic of Mari El, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.

After that, the Tambov poultry farm went to court with the intention to get the property of "Marisky" for the purpose of "secure custody", because the company allegedly cannot ensure the safety of assets due to the costs of supporting the work of the organization.

However, the court refused the Tokarevskaya poultry farm, as the poultry farm did not provide evidence that the enterprise, which was threatened with bankruptcy, was not able to monitor its property. In addition, at the moment, "Mariyskoye" is not declared bankrupt, but is only undergoing a procedure, and the transfer of all property will lead to a deterioration in the state of the enterprise, which is already in a difficult situation.

JSC "Tokarevskaya poultry farm" was registered in the Tambov region in 2013. The authorized capital is 1.8 billion rubles. The DIRECTOR is Sergei Litvinenko. Revenue for 2021 amounted to 23.2 billion, net profit - 569.6 million rubles. The company is part of GAP "Resource" Viktor Nauruzov.

Mariyskoye CJSC is a diversified agricultural enterprise for the production and processing of broiler meat, MILK, and cattle meat. According to its own data, the company began its activities in 1972, in 1995 the poultry farm was reorganized into a joint-stock company. The capacity in 2019 was more than 16 thousand tons of poultry meat, 11 thousand tons of milk per year, and the organization also had 60 branded stores. In October 2022, the tax authorities of the Republic of Mari El filed a bankruptcy lawsuit against the company. The company's counterparties are also among the creditors.
