Tajikistan is interested in increasing the supply of Belarusian MEAT and dairy products and agricultural machinery. This was stated by the Minister of Agriculture of Tajikistan Sady Karimzoda at a meeting of the Belarusian-Tajik intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation, the BelSelKhoz TELEGRAM channel writes.
– We want to expand the range of supplies of meat products from Belarus, in particular beef. We also plan to increase the supply of dairy products, raw MILK and other food products, - said Saadi Karimzoda.
According to him, an important issue for further mutually beneficial cooperation is the establishment of synchronized supplies of food products to Belarus, as well as consideration of the issue of signing a memorandum in the field of EXPORT promotion between the relevant authorities.
- Significant work is underway in the field of supplies of Belarusian agricultural equipment, which our agricultural sector is in dire need of. In 2021, 411 units of tractors of various brands and more than 124 agricultural machines were delivered to Tajikistan. Our ministry expresses interest in continuing cooperation in this area, the minister said.

In 2021, the trade turnover between Belarus and Tajikistan amounted to more than $126 million and increased by 12.6% compared to 2020, while exports amounted to just over $122 million (an increase of 11.1%).
