Court recognizes Cherkizovo meat brand as well-known in Russia

 The Intellectual Property COURT , at the request of the Cherkizovo Group, one of the largest domestic MEAT producers, has assigned the status of a well-known trademark in RUSSIA to the Cherkizovo brand for such products as ham, sausages, pork and semi-finished pork products, according to materials reviewed by RIA Novosti . At the same time, the court invalidated the decision of Rospatent dated November 19, 2024 , which denied the Cherkizovo Group this status.
