Two years ago, the management of the Timashevskaya Poultry Farm once again managed to prove the invalidity of the document: the minutes of the general meeting did not contain the signatures of all shareholders, except for the owner of the companies, Ilshat Tukaev. At that time, he led the Orteks holding, which included the Timashevskaya poultry farm and Reproduct.

The litigation is related to the loan agreement between OOO Reprodukt and Rosselkhozbank, concluded in 2016. The funds were intended to refinance debt to Sberbank. A feed manufacturer in the Bugulminsky district of Tatarstan failed to meet its obligations, and the regional branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank filed claims against the guarantor - Tukaev's poultry farm in the Kinel-Cherkassky district of the Samara region. In 2019, it was on the verge of closing.

In 2020, the anti-crisis management of Timashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC challenged the guarantee agreement, but last year the court's decision was canceled by the cassation instance. The company was refused due to the expiration of the limitation period, but the 11th Arbitration COURT of Appeal upheld the plaintiff's position.

The debt to Rosselkhozbank was redeemed by a subsidiary of GAP Resurs. Now LLC Timashevskaya Poultry Farm (TM Samara Broiler) operates as a branch of JSC Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm, which leased the distressed asset for 10 years.
