At all trading addresses, products of animal origin were sold in violation of technical regulations and mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation, including those ensuring traceability.
Thus, during 13 on-site inspections in the Novosibirsk region, 241.9 kg of products without markings and 6.8 kg with an expired shelf life were discovered.
Inspection visits to 9 Tomsk stores revealed cases of selling expired products, products without information on storage conditions and expiration dates (without labeling), as well as cases of non-compliance with storage temperature conditions. The volume of products that did not comply with state veterinary supervision was 355 kg.
In the Kemerovo region - Kuzbass, following the results of on-site inspections of 3 stores, the storage of 54.9 kg of products of animal origin without labels was recorded.
In order to check the quality and safety, specialists from ROSSELKHOZNADZOR conductedsampling of products for sending for testing to the laboratories of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIZZH". As a result, in 26 out of 40 samples, discrepancies were found, including in microbiological indicators, fatty acid composition, histological identification, the presence of vegetable fat, indicating, among other things, falsification.
Thus, the list of counterfeit dairy products was compiledsour cream produced by OOO Dikon-NK (Perm Krai), OOO Zheleznogorsk Dairy Plant (Krasnoyarsk Krai), and OOO Ru.Milk (Chelyabinsk Oblast), butter produced by OOO Ru.Milk (Chelyabinsk Oblast) and OOO Gorizont (Bryansk Oblast), cheese produced by OOO Slivochnaya Strana (Moscow Oblast) and OOO MOLSBYT (Bryansk Oblast), condensed cream produced by OOO Brasovskie Syry (Bryansk Oblast),cottage cheese produced by Kaslend LLC (Moscow region) and others.
Counterfeit products were also found in sausages produced by Atyashevsky MPC LLC (Republic of Mordovia), Khleb Altaya LLC (Altai Krai), Saratov MEAT Processing Plant LLC Resource OP Generalskoye (Saratov Oblast), as well as in semi-finished meat products produced by Ishimsky Meat Processing Plant LLC (Tyumen Oblast) and Altai Kholod LLC (Altai Krai), among others.
Based on the results of the inspection of the Svetofor and Mayak chain stores, specialists from the Siberian Interregional Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor issued orders to withdraw from circulation products that do not meet the requirements of the law, in a total volume of 658.6 kg.
As of March 26, 2025, 19 administrative cases have been initiated, of which 12 have been reviewed and fines have been imposed. Currently, work is underway to inform authorized services and departments, as well as unscrupulous manufacturers operating in the above-mentioned regions, in order to take measures within the scope of their competence.
