Samara Fat Plant Becomes Part of Rusagro Agroholding

The fat processing plant is located on Maltseva Street in Samara and includes 30 real estate properties with a total area of ​​40.9 thousand square meters, as well as leased land with an area of ​​91.6 thousand square meters. Established in 1992, the enterprise specialized in the production of oil and fat products, including margarine, mayonnaise and sunflower oil .

In 2023, the Rusagro holding completed a deal to acquire 50% of the NMGK group of companies, which controlled several fat enterprises, including the fat plant in Samara. Other NMGK assets in the region were also acquired. All enterprises, including the Samara Fat Plant, were re-registered to a new legal entity - JSC Etalon.
