With the help of the "Mercury" system in the Kursk region, the introduction of products of unknown origin into circulation was stopped

According to the IS Cerberus register, this site is registered as an enterprise for the import/export, storage and sale of products of animal origin / hydrobionts (refrigerators and cold storage facilities, warehouses and storage bases), i.e. is a warehouse, not a factory.

Meanwhile, authorized persons of Start-M LLC, using the “production / processing” transaction, entered into the system information about the products allegedly produced at the site. So, information about 60 heads of cattle was added to the electronic journal , from which 3 tons of hearts, about 5 tons of liver, 18 tons of wet-salted intestinal raw materials and one ton of Ordinary sausages were subsequently “produced”.

In addition, authorized persons of Start-M LLC entered into the information system information about one ton of by-products (beef liver) from the manufacturer MeatTorg LLC and 10 tons of beef intestinal raw materials from the wet-salted manufacturer Velikoluksky MEAT Processing Plant OJSC, indicating non-existent paper veterinary accompanying documents .

According to the FSIS "Mercury", these products were shipped to other regions of the Russian Federation (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Novgorod Region, Republic of Dagestan, Moscow, Moscow Region, Perm Territory, Republic of Tatarstan , Kemerovo Region, Voronezh Region, Penza Region).

To prevent the introduction of goods of unknown origin into circulation, the accounts of authorized persons were canceled, the site was excluded from the register of IS Cerberus. The territorial departments of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR , the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor's office were informed about the revealed facts in order to take measures within the framework of the assigned powers.

Since the beginning of the year, the department has identified 12 phantom sites.
