With the help of FSIS "Mercury", inaccurately executed transactions were identified in a poultry farm in the Penza region

Facts have been established regarding the execution of the “processing/production” transaction, through which products in the form of live poultry were produced, but there is no information about the raw materials used, that is, the poultry was produced from “air”. In addition, during the production of products, there is no information about the biological waste generated during the production process as part of the technological process of egg incubation .

Thus, it is not possible to judge the reliability of the completed transaction, since it was issued without indicating references to the relevant raw materials used in the production of products (live poultry), which does not ensure traceability; there is no generated biological waste in the FSIS “VetIS” - “Mercury” . In addition, it is not possible to judge the actual quantity, quality and safety, as well as the origin of both the raw materials used in the production of products and the products themselves.

In addition, in this farm it was established that there was a violation of paragraph 2 of the List of risk indicators of mandatory requirements used in the implementation of federal state veterinary control, approved by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA dated May 28, 2021 No. 343.

On May 15, a warning was issued to this poultry farm regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
