The main violations recorded in the FSIS "Mercury" are:
- lack of information about raw materials used in production;
- changing the shelf life of products by registering a production transaction;
- inconsistency of the type of raw materials with the type of manufactured products.
For example, on May 13, 2023, an authorized person
of ECOPRODUCT LLC put into circulation 800 kg of dairy products (cottage cheese, yogurt , koumiss, sour cream, pasteurized MILK , pasteurized cream) made from raw materials of unknown origin. The revealed fact is a violation of the system of traceable controlled products during their production.
An identical violation was committed by the state veterinarian of the Bizhbulyak Regional Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan when issuing an eVSD for raw cow's milk with a volume of 10,000 kg without a certificate of veterinary and sanitary well-being at the suppliers' dairy farms. This certificate is a document confirming the origin of raw milk.
The revealed facts are non-fulfillment of the requirements of paragraph 1 of Art. 4.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 4979-1 dated May 14, 1993 “On Veterinary Medicine” - violation of the traceability of controlled goods.
Violations are detected with the extension of expiration dates through the “production / processing” transaction. so authorized person IP Akhmarova L.The. eVSD was issued for pasteurized cow's milk in the amount of 3,130 kg with an expiration date until May 19, 2023, and the manufactured products are already indicated with an extended expiration date until May 24, 2023. Thus, the company unlawfully extended the shelf life by 5 days in the production of pasteurized milk.
In addition, the facts of registration of eVSD for products from a different biological species were established. An example of this was the production of MEAT products “Turkey meatballs p / f” at the production complex “SV ZARYA” from raw materials: “Frozen broiler chicken meat” and “Hip without shank boneless pork cut frozen”.
On May 30, 2023, a letter was sent to the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan to take action against 5 state veterinarians who committed violations.
Based on the identified violations, the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Bashkortostan issued 6 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. At the same time, warnings were sent to FSIS VetIS to four users, registration to FSIS Mercury was suspended for one user.
In total, for the period from February 27, 2023 to May 19, 2023, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Bashkortostan, based on the results of monitoring by the FSIS "Mercury", the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Bashkortostan, suspended the registration of 12 authorized persons, registration.
