The Agency has expressed concern that, to date, most of the Russian organizations that ship livestock products to Azerbaijan have not signed a contract with the Institute to conduct inspections.

In the event that enterprises do not conclude a contract by September 1, 2023, the EXPORT of their products will be limited by the Azerbaijani side until a contract is concluded and an appropriate inspection is carried out.

Foreign colleagues also presented a preliminary schedule for video audits of more than 60 Russian companies that previously supplied goods to the republic. The schedule of video audits will be updated weekly.

In the near future Rosselkhoznador will send a questionnaire and a questionnaire to the objects included in the schedule, which must be completed before conducting inspections.

At the same time, the Agency drew the attention of the Russian service that for enterprises that were included in the inspection schedule, but did not conclude a contract with the Institute, a decision based on the results of a video audit would be made only after the conclusion of the contract.

Inspection is not required for manufacturers of one-component plant foods, as well as storage organizations and transport vessels. These objects will be included in the list approved for deliveries to Azerbaijan on the basis of guarantees from ROSSELKHOZNADZOR .
