The RSHB is actively involved in the development of the agro-industrial complex and has provided support to organic producers in the amount of 9.4 billion rubles since 2021. In addition, the bank promotes farm products at major federal and regional events.
The bank also contributes to the development of organic production in RUSSIA through various initiatives. For example, since 2020, farmers have sold over 5 tons of organic products on the Svoe Rodnoye marketplace for farm products created by the bank. In 2021, the RSHB established the Organika Foundation, which supports projects to develop organic production in Russia. As part of the fund's activities, a digital map of organic matter has been developed, on which more than 1,000 goods from 238 manufacturers from 58 regions of Russia have already been placed.
Earlier, during a panel discussion at the Eurasian Economic Forum, the HEAD of Roskachestvo, Maxim Protasov, said that about 1 thousand items of organic products were certified in Russia, and the number of domestic producers in this area reaches 150. According to Protasov, cited by Veterinary Science and Life, Russia is a leader in the production of organic products among the countries of the EAEU .
Thus, 46 producers of organic products are certified in Armenia, there are 17 such producers in Belarus and Kazakhstan, and seven in Kyrgyzstan. The head of Roskachestvo urged to promote the production and EXPORT of organic products, as well as to popularize such products. He also noted that work is being actively carried out with the Eurasian Economic Commission to create a single market for organic products at the EAEU level. Protasov noted that in order to achieve these goals, an interstate technical committee has been created, which develops uniform standards for organic products that will operate on the territory of the EAEU countries.
