The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a bill that gives the farmer the right to build a house on his land
Commenting on this decision, Vladimir Plotnikov, First Deputy of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues, President of AKKOR, noted that it was made possible thanks to the support of the United RUSSIA leadership.
For a long time there were discussions and agreements. Together with the HEAD of the faction, S.I. Neverov, a clear, concise and compact bill was prepared and introduced, which dealt only with the issue of a farmhouse on one's own land.
“After the adoption of the bill in the first reading, the limit parameters of a farm house were specified: building area - 0.25% of the land plot, house area - 500 square meters, three floors. The law clearly states that it will be possible to build a house only on land plots used by peasant (farmer) households to carry out their activities,” said Vladimir Plotnikov, one of the authors of the bill.
The main thing that distinguishes this bill is that it is as balanced as possible. The priority of land protection is provided. The possibility of mass building on farm lands is excluded.
Vladimir Plotnikov emphasized that the adoption of this law is also significant for resolving issues of rural development, which the United Russia party keeps under constant control.
The adopted law is a real, practical measure that will help reduce migration from the countryside to the city and give a second life to Russian villages.
The government appreciated the success of the agricultural sector. Last year, agricultural production increased by 1.5%
Own home on own land is the basis of family farming, the way to preserve the peasant way of life in Russia.
